Returns and Refunds Policy

MHS Trade and Distribution

This Returns and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all goods (“Products”) sold and distributed by MHS Trade and Distribution (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing Products from the Company, the purchaser (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms set forth herein.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Products may only be returned with prior written authorization from the Company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be refused upon delivery.
1.2 To be eligible for return, Products must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging;

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation (if applicable);

  • Be returned within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom orders, special orders, or bulk/wholesale purchases;

  • Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life;

  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued Products.


2. Return Procedure

2.1 The Customer must request a Return Authorization (“RA”) number by contacting the Company’s Customer Service department.
2.2 The RA number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return package. Returns received without an RA number may be rejected.
2.3 All return shipments must be prepaid by the Customer, unless the return is the result of the Company’s error. Collect-on-delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.


3. Inspection and Approval

3.1 Prior to shipping any return, the Customer shall provide photographic evidence of the Product(s) to the Company for pre-inspection and pre-approval.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to deny authorization for return if the photographs do not demonstrate compliance with the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1.
3.3 All returned Products are subject to physical inspection and approval upon receipt by the Company.
3.4 If Products are determined to be non-conforming to return requirements, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (50%) of the purchase price.
3.5 The Company’s determination regarding the condition and acceptability of returned Products shall be final.


4. Refunds

4.1 Approved refunds will be processed within four (4) business days after receipt and inspection of returned Products.
4.2 Refunds shall be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except where return is due to the Company’s error.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1 Claims for defective or damaged Products must be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must include supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
5.2 If the Company determines that the Product is defective or damaged due to its own error, a replacement, credit, or refund will be issued at the Company’s discretion.

7. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.


MHS Trade and Distribution reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of order placement shall govern the transaction.
