Shipping Policy
MHS Trade and Distribution
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of goods sold and distributed by MHS Trade and Distribution (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with the Company, the purchaser (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Order Processing
1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. Processing of orders will commence only after payment has been received in full, unless credit terms have been expressly agreed in writing.
1.2 Standard processing time is one (1) to two (2) business days, exclusive of weekends and public holidays. The Company reserves the right to extend processing times for bulk, wholesale, or special orders.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
2.1 The Company shall arrange shipment of goods through reputable carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or licensed freight providers.
2.2 Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy only and shall not be deemed binding. The Company shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by carriers, customs authorities, labor disputes, natural disasters, or any other events beyond its reasonable control.
2.3 Risk of loss and title to goods shall pass to the Customer upon the Company’s tender of the goods to the carrier.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Any applicable duties, tariffs, customs fees, or taxes imposed by governmental authorities in the destination jurisdiction shall be borne solely by the Customer.
4. International Shipments
4.1 International shipments may be subject to inspection and clearance by customs authorities. The Company is not responsible for any delays, holds, or additional charges arising from such inspections.
4.2 The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable import, export, and customs laws of the destination country.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Misdelivered Shipments
5.1 Claims for goods damaged in transit must be submitted to the Company in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of damage.
5.2 Claims for lost or undelivered goods must be submitted within three (3) business days of the estimated delivery date. The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Customer in filing claims with the carrier.
5.3 The Company shall not be liable for shipments delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.
6. Returns and Refunds Related to Shipping
6.1 All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to the Company’s error.
6.2 Return shipments initiated by the Customer shall be at the Customer’s sole expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in shipping due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or labor disputes.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
MHS Trade and Distribution reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of order placement shall govern the transaction
